MY NAME IS KELL CAMERON.
I’ve spent my life in the classroom and the community, fighting to make sure every Floridian has a fair shot.
I’m running for the Florida House because I believe leadership should look like the people it represents; diverse, compassionate, and ready to deliver real results. As an educator, an immigrant, and a proud married member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know what it means to fight for dignity, fairness, and opportunity.
My plan is about ensuring that every Floridian can live, work, and retire securely in the state we love.
As a teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how families struggle with rising costs, how students fall through the cracks when politicians choose ideology over solutions, and how working people are left behind by a system that’s supposed to serve them.
This campaign isn’t just about me. It’s about us. Together, we can build a Florida that values teachers, protects our freedoms, and invests in its people.

STATE HOUSE DISTRICT 65
Florida House District 65 is a Hillsborough County–based district that includes much of South Tampa, stretches west through Town ’n’ Country, and Westchase.
It’s a diverse, vibrant area that blends historic neighborhoods, coastal communities, and growing small-business districts. District 65 is a true reflection of Florida’s energy, resilience, and community spirit.
